Welcome to my brand new Fit at Home Challenge! You don't need a gym to reach your fitness goals! I designed this at home challenge with effective workouts using bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. If you don't have dumbbells at home you can easily substitute them with a water bottle or book bag. We are going to do 4 workouts per week targeting your lower body, upper body, full body and core. We will dedicate 35 minutes of pure strength and focus to each workout. I challenge you to stick through this entire program, not only to gain the physical benefits but also the mental clarity, and energy that comes with regular exercise. This challenge is all about feeling your absolute best and pushing through those tough days during this pandemic. I will be here to guide you every step of the way!
