My Fitplan will help you melt away fat and build strong, sexy muscles over the course of 9 weeks. You’ll be hitting the gym five days a week for about 60 minutes, lifting weights and doing a variety of challenging cardio exercises. Why does my program work? I incorporate supersets into each workout, which is such an efficient way to get through a lot of moves in minimal time. I’ll help you build your booty, tighten your waist, and sculpt slender arms and legs.
