Can you believe it? Another week come and gone. Time really flies when you are sweating yourself into a puddle! Seriously, awesome work this week. Let's finish out stronger than ever with today's back, triceps, and abs workout. Remember to take the time to warm up, as this not only greatly lowers the risk of injury, it prepares the muscles to load up and work effectively, so we can shred to the max.
