Welcome back! Hope you rested up and are feeling refreshed and motivated to start another awesome week of work! Today we are truly going to blast that upper body with a fun and challenging mix of moves. We will do some 21's, where we use a lower weight, break the move into two partials, doing 7 reps each, and then 7 more full range reps. Feel the difference between this and our drop set of one-arm lateral raises on the cable machine as you learn the different ways to max out your muscles and make them grow even stronger!
