Have I got a challenge for you today! We are going to start with drop sets, and you are going to love these! We will be doing reps to failure, then dropping to a lower weight and continuing to failure, and so on. This is a fantastic way to fatigue the muscles, increase blood flow to them, and get the heart pumping for some serious calorie burn. I don't want to see any rest between drop sets! Make 'em count!
