Welcome to Day 1 of my Fat Loss Fitplan. I am psyched to get us started on your journey to a better physique and a healthier, stronger you. We are going to kick things off today working our chest, biceps, and shoulders, mostly using free weights. We will work through a series of classic movements designed to chisel your muscles and build strength. Since we are just getting started, I want you to be sure to choose weights that are challenging but that you can work with comfortably. Don't overdo it; there is plenty of time yet!
