Stick your chest out, because today is all about pecs, calves, and cardio. I know you are here to shed fat, but it is important to keep in mind that, as we work these muscles hard, they are going to need replenishing in the form of calories. So don't be starving yourself, just focus on healthy, complete meals, preferably planned around your workout to make sure your tank is full and you are ready to rock.
