After yesterday's lighter workout, I'll bet you're ready for an intense one today! Ready or not, here we go! We are working our back and tris today, with weighted calf raises to finish. We are also taking a break from our cardio block, because it is really important to give your body some rest, so I want you to really give me your all with the strength training!
