Life is all about choices. I am so glad you have made the choice to commit to yourself and your health with my Fast Start program. Over the next four weeks, we are going to combine cardio and strength training to help you shed fat, build muscle, and sculpt your body into the temple that it is meant to be. We will be combining free weights, machines, and your own body weight to perform a variety of challenging and effective moves to burn calories and build some serious strength. This is going to be an intense journey, with no rest days, though some days we will be working harder than others. So, the important thing is to really commit and stay committed throughout. I will be right behind you the whole way, explaining each exercise and giving you tips and motivation. But the key player here is you! So, state your goals clearly to yourself, and let's get to work on making them a reality. Stay focused, stay determined, and stay motivated, and we will soon get you on the fast track to the best shape you've ever been in! You've got this!
