Equipment Needed: Dumbbells Welcome to my Dumbbell at Home Fitplan! With everything going on these days, many us find ourselves unable to get to the gym for whatever reason, but that's absolutely no reason you can't do some serious work right from your own home. And that's just what this Fitplan is designed to help you accomplish. All you'll need is your own bodyweight, a few dumbbells, and a healthy dose of can-do attitude. As a four-time Mr. Universe and former American Gladiator, I've picked up some things along the way, and I'm here to share all my pro with you. As this is a Titan-approved workout plan, don't mistake the fact that you're working from home to mean this will be easy. I will be pushing you hard to bring out all your potential, but that's what is going to ensure you get real results. Over the course of the next month, we'll be working out five days a week with two consecutive rest days at the end. And trust me, you're going to need them! To ensure we can properly focus on all the muscle groups and movement types, our workouts are divided into Biceps & Back, Upper Body Push, Legs, Push/Pull, and Arms. As we progress from week to week, we're going to be ramping up the intensity in terms of reps and sets, so you'll be able to see and feel your strength and power gains as we go. Stick with me, keeping your goals at the forefront of your mind, and I assure you you won't be disappointed. Now let's rock and roll!
