The gym does not have to be an intimidating place. For my new Fitplan, I've built the perfect program to help you feel confident in the gym, while building a strong, lean body! For the next 8 weeks we'll be in the gym 3 days per week, for around 30 minutes each session. My program is made up of 3 distinct phases to ease you into training at the gym and help you master your form as you progress. I've taken some of my absolute FAVOURITE exercises and a minimal amount of equipment to create an easy to follow plan with incredible results!
