Let’s take a brief break from sculpting those muscles today and focus on some moderate cardio and abs. Make sure you’re pushing yourself during cardio, but not so much that you wouldn’t be able to hold a conversation. We just want to get that heart rate up. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Keep your abs constricted through each movement in your circuit and stretch comfortably to finish today out. Awesome work!
