Let’s do some cardio work today! After a good 30 minutes of moderate cardio, we’ll start up with some ab work. Do these exercises in a circuit and remember to maintain tension in your abs throughout each movement. Focus on not swinging with your knee raises. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Finish it out with some stretching and make sure you’re breathing slowly as you stretch.
