Today we’ll be taking it a little easier, but don’t think that means you can slack off. Get on that treadmill or jump rope for a good 30 minutes before starting on your ab exercises. With your leg raises, focus on keeping your body still so there’s no swinging action. This will give you a much better workout. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Relax while you’re stretching and get ready to work tomorrow.
