Don’t think you’d get away from cardio in this phase! We’re actually upping your cardio time to 30 minutes. This will help shred some fat and give your muscles more definition. Then you’ll be getting right back into your ab circuit where you’ll be upping your number of reps, too. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Push yourself and keep your core engaged through the entire circuit! You got this.
