Get a nice warm up in and light stretching for today’s workout. We want your legs to be ready to work so your quads and calves can gain some definition. We’ve got some squats and lunges today, which means your form has to be on point. Finish strong with a couple supersets. You’ve done such a great job so far. Let’s keep that momentum going. Don't forget to rest 30-60 seconds between sets.
