Today we’ll be starting with some moderate cardio for 30 minutes and then working those abs. Make sure for your plate rotations that your hips and feet are in a fixed position. Make those abs do all the work! Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. While you’re stretching today, take a good look at how far you’ve come in this journey and realize that’s it’s not over yet! Keep it up.
