Get ready to focus on your chest and triceps today because we’ll be working them hard. Start with a nice upper body warm up and light stretching of your target muscles. Then move right into the workout and use a challenging weight. We want to push your muscles. Maintain a strong core with each of these exercises so your arms and chest are forced to activate.
