It’s another day for making that core strong so you can get more out of your other lifts. After crushing some cardio for 20 minutes, hit those abs hard. Make sure to keep tension throughout the entire circuit. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Finish up with some relaxing stretching. Don’t stretch so much that it hurts, but make sure you are feeling a nice pull. Good work!
