You made it through two whole faces! The last one is here and we’re about to turn up the intensity. Over the next few weeks you’ll be doing a ton of supersets and working on that conditioning. Let’s start the first day of this phase off right with some upper body super sets to get you toned and feeling great. Focus on your form and work until true failure on the exercises indicated. Really push yourself and you’ll see even greater results than you have so far! Don't forget to rest 30-60 seconds between sets.
