It’s time to work on that core again! A strong core is essential for all other weight lifting maneuvers, so it’s imperative that you focus and work hard. Start out with 20 minutes of solid cardio before beginning the ab workout. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. During your stretching time, take deep breaths and exhale as you stretch a little bit further. You’re killin’ it! Good work.
