Are you ready to work? Good! Today we’ve got cardio and abs on the docket. Get your 20 minutes of moderate cardio in by running or jumping rope before starting with your abs. Be sure you’re breathing through each ab movement and work slowly so you really feel the burn. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Awesome work! Stretch it out for a good ten minutes and get some rest.
