Another leg day is here and that means you’ll need a nice warm up followed by some light stretching of your legs. Then you’ll get right into the workout with some squats, lunges, leg extensions, and more. It’s easy to slack on your form when you’re tired from all the supersets but just keep an eye on it so the proper muscles are all getting a good workout. Keep up the amazing work! Don't forget to rest 30-60 seconds between sets.
