Let’s turn up the intensity today! Make sure you’re working for the entire 20 minutes during your cardio. No slacking. We’re also hitting abs again today, so make sure to keep that core tight and avoid swinging on that hanging leg raise. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Take it easy during your stretching and take a minute to look back on the past couple weeks. You’re crushing it!
