Today is going to be a cardio and ab day followed by some light stretching. You know the drill by now. Let’s get in 30 full minutes of cardio before crushing your ab workout. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Take deep breaths through each rep and give it your all. You’ve been doing so well!
