Let’s hit those abs and get some more cardio in today. You ready to work? Good! Start out with some moderate cardio for 20 minutes before starting on your core workouts. During your hanging ab raises, focus on not swinging. You should only be lifting your legs with your core muscles. The moment of swinging will reduce the work your abs have to do. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. End today’s workout with 10 minutes of comfortable stretching. You’re doing awesome work!
