Another day of some upper body work is here. Make sure to get your warm up in and stretch out a little bit to get the blood flowing. In order to target your traps, back, and chest, make sure your abs are engaged throughout the movements so the intended muscles are doing the work. You’re doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Don't forget to rest 30-60 seconds between sets.
