We’re back with another cardio and abs day. Even though you’re in the muscle growing phase, we still need to maintain a healthy heart and that means getting in a solid 20 minutes of running, sprinting, or jumping rope before moving into your ab work. Make sure for your plate rotation ab exercise that you maintain your legs and hips in a fixed position. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Finish up with some stretching and go rest up for tomorrow.
