We’re going to tone it down today and pump out some cardio and get some ab work done! I enjoy a lot of different types of cardio, everything from jogging to rowing to sprinting and even rowing. Take your pick and give me 20 full minutes of it before heading into the ab circuit. Make sure to watch your form, even with ab workouts it’s still important. Perform ab exercises as circuit, resting for 60 seconds only after a full circuit is completed. Finish it up strong with some stretching to help with mobility and rest up for tomorrow!
