Welcome to the very first day of my plan! We’re in the first phase, which means it’s all about heavy lifting and putting on some mass. Today we’ve got some traps, chest, and back work to fill your upper body. We’ve got everything from pull ups, to some rows, to bench presses. Remembers to maintain your form, especially when it comes to the straight bar pullover. Use your rest time and push yourself! It’s time to pack on the muscle mass. Don't forget to rest 30-60 seconds between sets.
