Great workout yesterday! Once agin, today's format is going to look a bit different. Essentially, we're doing just one circuit five times, but don't be fooled! Short and sweet can yield some serious results, as long as you put 100% into every rep, which is just what I want you to do! Be careful not to dip too deeply; only go as far as feels comfortable for your shoulders and elbows.
