Circuit Sweat at Home (Hands-Free)

Welcome to my Circuit Sweat at Home Fitplan! With so many of us stuck without access to a gym these days, I've designed this one with just that in mind. Over the next six weeks, we'll be using minimal equipment and your own body weight to work on burning fat, building lean muscle, and improving your overall cardiovascular health. This plan is perfect for people with some experience with exercise but it is also a great fit if you're just getting started on your fitness journey. We'll be working out for 15-35 minutes, depending on the routine, with four days on and three days off per week.With just a few dumbbells, some bands, a foam roller, and a whole lot of motivation, you'll be amazed at just how much you can accomplish right from the privacy and comfort of your own home. I've designed each workout with onet to two sets that balance different types of exercise, such as pulling and pushing muscles or upper vs. lower body, so you can benefit from actively resting one muscle group while keeping your heart rate and respiration throughout the entire set. Both work and rest times will be short to make sure you get the maximum benefit out of a minimum time commitment, as I know how hard it can be to find time to work out. Luckily, with this Fitplan, there's no excuse, as our longest workouts run just over half an hour. Over the next month and a half, I'll be accompanying you through a graded and gradual progression toward better health and fitness. I've spent my entire career as a trainer garnering tips and secrets from the pros, and I'm going to share everything I know with you to guarantee that, as long as you give me 100%, you will see and feel amazing results even within the first couple of weeks! Just remember that your success lies in your own hands. It's up to you how far you want to go, so visualize your goals and keep them in front of you as you work. We all have ups and downs, and ""off"" days are bound to crop up here and there, but if you remember your commitment to your goals and just focus on one rep, one set, one session at a time, before you know it, you'll be cruising past the finish line.
