This is it: the final week of my Busy Body Fitplan. Give me everything you've got in these last two days. My program is designed to build your muscle strength and size, but you have to work for it. Since today's workout includes more reps than last week, you'll want to choose lighter weights. However, today's routine is similar to Week 1, so you should be able to lift heavier weights than you did when you first started the program.
