Looking for a workout routine you can do anywhere? You’re in luck! Whether you travel a lot for work (or play!), or you just have a busy life without the luxury of time to head into a gym, this workout utilizes just your bodyweight so it can be done from a hotel room, at home, or in the great outdoors. We’ll be hitting all major muscle groups, including our quads and glutes, push and pull muscles, and our abdominals. Remember to keep your core tight throughout all exercises and get ready for full body burn that’ll leave your metabolism revving for the rest of the day.
