Today's routine is an awesome mix of upper, lower, and core. We have two back-to-back rounds of exercises to failure, first upper body and then abs. This will enable you to rest your upper body after maxxing out on pushups, so you can do the same on the crunches that follow. Push hard, then relish in your two-day rest.
