Welcome to my Built Aesthetics Fitplan! If you’re looking to transform your body and create beautifully defined muscles, you’re in the right place. This plan is the culmination of my years of training, hard-work, and real-life experience. It provides the same trusted training methods I used to transform my own body as well as celebrity clients such as Kim Kardashian. Over the next 12 weeks, we’ll be in the gym five days per week transitioning through three distinct phases. Phase one is all about getting your body moving. The workouts incorporate circuit-style training to elevate your heart rate and burn fat while simultaneously building muscle. Phase two is all about form, intensity, and building that mind-body connection. We'll get more focused with workouts, isolating muscle groups, and working through exercises one at a time. In phase three, we'll tie all these pieces together to reveal those strong, beautiful muscles.The process will be challenging, but the rewards will go beyond anything you've ever done for yourself.
