Today's workout will be a lower body focus, starting off with a superset of the leg curl and leg extension after warming up on a treadmill. We'll be finishing today off with a split squat. Make sure to keep your back strong and spine neutral, lowering until your front leg is at least at a 90 degree angle and not allowing your knee to track beyond your toes.
