You've made it to the last and final week, congratulations! You've worked so hard to get to this point, and you must be feeling pretty good about your progress so far. Honour yourself by putting in the work this week and then you can truly bask in the enjoyment of your transformed body and sculted booty by the end of week 12. We have a banging lower body workout for you today, starting off with a cable superset of pull throughs and jump squats, followed by some other glute firing moves including lunges and monster walks. Focus on maintaining a tight core, keep that mindset strong, and let's do this!
