Todays workout will be lower body focused, starting off with a superset of sumo squats and leg press. Push through your heels and focus on rising all the way to the top of each movement, squeezing the glutes. We'll be finishing off the workout with a leg curl, leg extension, and machine hip thrusters. Remember to keep an image of what your want to achieve in the front of your mind today as you push through each of these moves. Let's do this!
