I'm sure your booty will be welcoming a break after yesterday's leg workout! Today we have a nice upper body workout for you, starting off with a superset of cable lat pull down and standing back cross to scult a sexy back. We'll then move into a some other moves for the back as well as the core, helping you create a solid foundation for healthy, strong movement in and outside the gym. Keep your shoulders back on the back exercises and focusing on maintaining this form throughout each movement. Here we go!
