Welcome to leg day! Today's workout will be a nice, straightforward workout focusing on strengthening and toning the lower body with some classic moves including a squat with barbell between the legs, hip thrusters, and single leg deadlifts. We will also be doing a superset with leg extensions and leg curls. You are doing an amazing job with this program, do not give up on your dreams, you are more than worthy of your dream body (and dream booty!) and it is just around the corner. Persistence pays off!
