We'll kick off today's upper body workout with a standing one arm row, and wrap it up with some core scorching moves including an oblique heel touch and knee crusher superset, and lots of other back and core focused moves inbetween! A strong core is the foundation of all our moves both in the gym and in real life, so keep your eye on the prize today and focus on completing all moves with a tight tummy and proper form.
