Welcome to week 9! After a short treadmill warm up, we'll be kicking today off with a superset of dumbbell donkey kicks and frog kicks, followed by some more booty toning moves including a second superset consisting of cable monster walks and cable pull throughs. Focus on squeezing at the top of each move today as we get closer to shaping that booty you've been dreaming of. Let's get at it!
