Welcome to the very first day of my Fitplan! We're going to be working very hard over these next 8 weeks but once that time has passed, you'll have a better, stronger booty. Let's start with high energy and the right attitude. Today is all about lunges. We'll be doing a few different varieties to target those glues and also shape the rest of your legs. Remember to focus on pushing up through your heel to hit the right spots. Try to keep your rest time under 60 seconds. You're going to crush this plan!
