Alright, let's close out this week super strong with one last HIIT workout! To keep things interesting and challenging, all but one of our moves are new, but I know you've got this. Note that we are doing three sets today, so I want you to work doing your max reps for 40 seconds per move, and resting 20 seconds between sets. Don't forget to stretch it out, and take advantage of your rest days so you come back fresh and ready next week.
