Alright, this is our last one for the week before a couple days off. You have really been putting in an awesome effort, so let's make today your best one yet. We're closing out the week again with a HIIT routine, and you'll notice that I've upped the ante this time. You are only resting 15 seconds between sets plus I've tagged on a couple of exercises for a longer and more intense workout. Come on, I know you've got this!
