Welcome back to Week 2! I hope you got your rest on and are back fresh and ready to rock. We are starting the week out with chest, shoulders, and triceps again, but this time I am switching things up with some more advanced push up variations as well as pike skull crushers. These moves are tough to pull off right but highly effective if you get the form down, so definitely check the demo videos out before you get to work. Let's get to work!
