Awesome job on Week 1! We have one more workout to go, and it's going to be a tough one, but a great one. Today we are doing a HIIT routine that is definitely going to get your cardiovascular system into high gear, as well as working your entire body, with a particular focus on core strength. I want to see 110% out there, and then you are off to a couple of days to rest and recover. Don't forget to get in solid meals and quality sleep so you can come back fresh next week!
