Today's workout is going to hone in on the back and abs, obviously two key components of your solid foundation for strength. I have a fun and challenging mix of bodyweight moves for you to do, including two different supermans and two tucks, and then we are finishing with one of my favorites, mountain climbers. Really focus on your form today, and remember to breathe through your reps!
