Congratulations! You've made it to the final day of my Fitplan! I hope you feel proud of all that you've accomplished over the last six weeks, and that you're inspired to keep the momentum going and to forge ahead on your fitness journey. Let's close out our last day together with an awesome three-circuit routine that has two outer circuits of three moves each with 20 seconds active per move, sandwiching a middle circuit of fives moves with 40 seconds active per move.
